Physical Therapy for Medically Fragile Children
Our staff is comprised of skilled and compassionate physical therapists who are excited about providing physical therapy for medically fragile children in Central Florida. Our pediatric therapists work together with patients and families to improve gross motor functioning, muscle tone, endurance, joint range of motion, and improve overall quality of life.
Pediatric physical therapy aims to maximize independence by teaching special needs children how to more effectively care for themselves and perform physical day-to-day tasks. Each child is medically evaluated and assigned a personalized plan of care to ensure that all developmental needs are met and exceeded.
In addition to pediatric PT, we also provide skilled nursing, medical transport, educational programs, recreational activities, social support, and additional forms of developmental therapy including occupational therapy and speech therapy for special needs children. We go the extra mile to keep our pediatric facility spotless and brightly decorated to create a fun, positive environment for children to thrive in.
