Medical Daycare for Children with Asthma
While childhood asthma is common, it can escalate and cause further complications if not properly monitored and treated – Angels on Earth offers medical day care for children with asthma including skilled nursing supervision, monitoring and mitigation of asthma triggers, long-term medications, short-term relief, respiratory therapy, and medical transport.
Pediatric asthma symptoms typically include chest pains, coughing attacks, wheezing, and shortness of breath. These symptoms can be controlled using certain medications like inhalers but can interfere with sleep and other daily activities if they worsen or remain uncontrolled.
We seek to improve the health and lives of our asthma patients through symptom monitoring and personalized care plans designed to alleviate discomfort. Our pediatric facility is open for business 12 hours a day, 6 days a week and covered by Medicaid. If you think your child may be eligible for PPEC, contact our Orlando PPEC or Haines City PPEC locations for more information! We look forward to meeting your family.

Pediatric Asthma Daycare & Medical Transport
In addition to our pediatric asthma day care program, we also offer a range of developmental therapies, educational programs, and social support techniques for special needs children – this includes physical therapy, behavioral therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy as well as recreational activities, therapeutic play, and parent education. While medical attention is our top priority, we also want to create an environment that promotes fun, joy, and allows children to be children.
Angels on Earth is pleased to offer non-emergency medical transport for our patients. We understand the struggles of coordinating daily transportation for your special needs child and are here to help! Our fleet of transport vans is reliable, well-maintained, and includes a range of assistive medical equipment to accommodate all patients and physical requirements. We provide transportation to and from school, home, and doctor’s appointments, as well as any of our designated pickup points.
